Paper Piecing Club (2nd Wed every month)

Monthly Club that meets the 2nd Wednesday every month. This is a great opportunity for learning and meeting up with folks that are also enjoy paper piecing. Bring ANY paper piecing project to work on. Staff are available for loads of help and encouragement.
Scent free classroom. $85 annual fee. 10 am to 4 pm.

Class sewing machine rentals are available for a nominal fee - call the store to reserve. 780-354-3423.

Scent Free Classroom. Coffee and tea are always on, we even have the mugs!

CLUB REQUIREMENTS:
Here's the cool part about this club - anything goes! Work on the same project as someone else, bring several to wrap up or start something new!

*WHAT IS IN A BASIC SEWING KIT:
For most of our classes we ask you to bring (along with your sewing machine) a 'basic sewing kit' which usually contains: rotary cutter and/or scissors, cutting mat, small snipping scissors, straight pins & a pin cushion or collector, seam ripper, a spool of neutral 50 wt cotton thread, extra bobbins, notebook & pen/pencil, tape measure/ruler(s), etc.

CLUB CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that life happens! Club fees are non-refundable. Should you miss a session and wish for "more time", feel free to join us on our free drop-in sew days, like Finishing Fridays. Please be aware that our availability may be limited during these drop-in sessions.
Around The Block reserves the right to cancel clubs for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your club fee in proportion to the year attended vs cancelled.

Materials Included:	Dedicated sewing table, iron/ironing station. Scent free classroom.
Requirements:	Basic sewing supplies (scissors, rotary cutter, cutting mat). Sewing machine (ready to sew). Paper piecing supplies (add a 1/4" ruler, pressing roller or tool, stick glue, plastic template)

If you are a longarmer (or considering a purchase) make sure to click this one off - that way you will be included in on those emails. It could be anything from great resources, upcoming specials on supplies or machines, etc.
We anticipate that the Longarm specific email will come out a few times a year.
