Puff Throw Quilt (Sat Jan 17/26)

Have you ever wanted to make a Puff Quilt? They are so much fun to make and great to snuggle under! Perfect as a throw or even a soft spot for your favourite pet.

Choose to make a small version (perfect for a pet) using 5" squares or the larger throw that uses 8" squares.
Large throw finishes at 60” x 70”.
Pet bed finishes at 21" x 25".

You can choose any size of squares to construct your quilt or pet bed. We used 8" squares for our store sample.
**It is recommended to NOT have your starting squares larger than 8". We found that the stuffed batting in each puffed square starts to shift around when the blocks are bigger than 8".

**you must have your quilt top sewn together prior to the start of class**
The focus of the class is to share the techniques for creating the puff to your quilt and the handy things we learned while making the store samples.

Class sewing machine rentals are available for a nominal fee - call the store to reserve. 780-354-3423.

Scent Free Classroom. 10 am to 4 pm. Pattern not needed.
