Window Weave (Sat May 30/26)

This cleaver quilt has a woven illusion that may look advanced to make - BUT is made super simple with strip piecing! Choose soft pastels for spring, earthy tones for fall, or something that features a great print. Great little quilt to use up border fabrics or a favourite feature fabric.
Quilt finishes at 42" x 54".

This quilt is also border fabric friendly, we can help you with the fabric needs.

Best Press is perfect to prep your fabric prior to cutting - helps keep fabric from fraying and stiffens fabric just a bit to help with fabric cut on the bias.

PREP WORK BEFORE CLASS
No prep work required. Tips on prepping and cutting fabric will be reviewed in class.

*WHAT IS IN A BASIC SEWING KIT:
For most of our classes we ask you to bring (along with your sewing machine) a 'basic sewing kit' which usually contains: rotary cutter and/or scissors, cutting mat, small snipping scissors, straight pins & a pin cushion or collector, seam ripper, a spool of neutral 50 wt cotton thread, extra bobbins, notebook & pen/pencil, tape measure/ruler(s), etc.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:
Classes are non-refundable, however they are transferable. No credit or refund will be given for a "no show" in class, regardless of reason. 
Around The Block reserves the right to cancel classes for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full class fee.
