INVENTORY

Not all of our "in store" inventory is listed on our website. 
Please contact us if you have any specific requests.
We are continually ordering or adding new stock, if there is something you are looking for - we are happy to source it for you!
We do our best to keep our systems up to date.
Should you need a bit more "extra" fabric that our website says we have available - call us! We often (as a default) "reserve" a metre of fabric from website sales so that we don't inadvertently sell more of a bolt than we physically have. Call us - we would be happy to do a physical measure of the remaining fabric for you.

RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase.
The returned item(s) must be unopened and in “like new” condition.
**NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: fabric, books, patterns and classes**

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY

Classes are non-refundable.
No credit or refund will be given for a "no show" in class, regardless of reason. You are welcome to arrange for someone else to take your spot in the class instead.
Please ensure that you are able to attend before signing up. 
Around The Block reserves the right to cancel classes/events for any reason. If this happens, you will be refunded your full class fee.

CANCELLED ORDERS

We start working on your order as fast as we can!
So, if you need to cancel your order, please contact the store ASAP to avoid cancellation fees.

PRIVACY POLICY

Customer info is considered private information and is not shared or sold to any outside parties.

If you have provided an email address or sign up to our newsletters, you will receive routine emails.
We may also use your email address to correspond with you about an order or a particular sale/event/class that you have requested to be made aware of.

SHIPPING FEES

Around the Block ships with Canada Post - we use an expedited service with a tracking number.
