Leader Grips - 24" Replacement Grips (4/pkg)

Looking to save time during the loading process on your longarm? Tired of sore fingers, poking fingers with pins? With Leader Grips, you can load a quilt FAST!
We use this system on our floor model HandiQuilter Infinity 26 and love it. No more pinning!

Leader Sets
All sets include: instructions, mini grips (5), heat shrinks, rods and grips.
A rod/dowel is placed inside the edge of your leader casing and each section of rod is held together by a heat shrink (or tape) inside the casing, to make one long rod.
The "grip" is snapped over the backing/leader fabric. It is snapped on like a zip lock bag, you start at one end and work your way across, or start from the middle and work your way out.
The grips are clear so you can see the fabric underneath and is easy to press over the rod/dowel as well as remove. Leader Grips hold your fabric taut and smooth.

Which Leader Set do I need? What does it mean by "for 2 Leaders" and for "3 Leaders"?
If you "float your top" (you only attach the backing fabric to your fabric leader/bars), then you will use the "2 Leader Set". 
If you also attach/load your quilt top to a third fabric leader/bar, then you will use the "3 Leader Set". 

What size of Leader Sets do I need?
Sizes for most brands of longarm machine tables: 8ft, 10ft and 12ft
For HandiQuilter longarm machines - 9ft6in and 11ft are available

Side Grips
Come as a set of 2 and available in 4 lengths: 6", 10", 14" and 18"
Side Grips provide even tension along the sides of the backing fabric on your longarm.
Instead of using 2 or 3 clamps that may pull your backing fabric unevenly, try Leader Grip Side Grips!

Replacement Grips
Over time, your grips may need replacing. Replacements Grips come in a set of 4 grips
Replacement grips are also available in various lengths without having to purchase a whole set.
Having a variety of sizes on hand will allow you to tailor how you load any size of quilt.
Sizes available: 12", 18", 24", 36" and 48"
1" Mini Grips - come in a set of 6. These little wonders help hold your fabric in place before applying the full grip. Or use them to grip that extra inch or so when you don't need a full sized grip.
